Innovaway opens its doors to Research and other Businesses
Tomorrow, April 5, Innovaway presents the Workshop "Research Creates Innovation for the Development of the Territory and For the Valorisation of Cultural Items: The Atlas of Knowledge"
The Workshop organized by Innovaway will be a time for sharing and disseminating of the portal "The Atlas of Knowledge", realised within the SNECS research project of the Databenc District.
SNECS develops an organisational model of the content of scientific knowledge in the arts, archaeological, literary and historical fields and their diffusion and promotion based on innovative methodologies in line with the challenges related to the Smart Cities and Smart Environment themes that the European community asks to get there.
The Atlas of Knowledge is a navigable interactive geo-portal, multi-platformed and on multi-devices, which allows visitors to access and disseminate scientific knowledge through semantic searching.
The Atlas promotes the spread of culture and awareness of the territory by collecting "open data" information, suggesting customised itineraries based on individual or group experiences, allowing the user to share their experience through the thematic crowdsourcing.
At the workshop, Prof. Giorgio Ventre from the University of Naples Federico II, Giuseppe Russo, Campania Region Manager, Campania Region Councilor for Labor and Human Resources, Sonia Palmeri and Prof. Luigi Nicolais participated.
Among others, Angelo Chianese - President of the Databenc District Council, Alessandra Clemente - Councilor for Young People in the City of Naples, Amedeo Lepore - Campania Region Councilor for Production Activities, Valeria Fascione - Campania Region Councilor for Internationalization, Start-ups and Innovations were invited.
