President & CEO

Has a graduate Degree in Business Administration from the faculty of law of the University Parthenope in Naples and was Co founder of different societies like (Prestitalia S.p.A, G&G Holding S.r.l. & Innovaway S.p.A) Obtaining a consolidated 10 year experience in the financial sector and the IT sector
Today he is CEO of Innovaway S.p.A. and President of G&G Holding S.r.l.

Antonio Burinato

General Manager

He has got a degree in Electronic Engineering at the Politecnico of Milan and he joined Innovaway in 2017. He has an extensive knowledge of the ICT Industry, thanks to over 25 years of experience.
Before joining Innovaway, he has been working for Fastweb, serving large and complex organizations, both private and public, in Digital Transformation projects, Cloud Transformation and Cyber Security services, with a special focus on critical infrastructures. Before Fastweb, he has been working for several consulting firms, being a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting with a responsibility of the Italian IT Strategy practice, a Vice President in Capgemini Consulting Business Unit with the responsibility of the Italian Public Sector. He has been managing large engagements of IT implementations and IT alignment business process redesign for Large Clients, mainly in the Energy, Transportation and Public Sectors.

Vincenzo Esposito

Sales Manager

During the 36 years of experience in the exchange of information technology, he has developed professional skills concerning the Business Organization, the Management and Strategic Consulting in IT, the Development of software systems, Data Management, Application Management and Systems Integration. (EAI / SOA). He has held senior management positions in leading consulting company such as Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and Capgemini both as Commercial Director and as Director of Operations.
Currently he is the Sales Manager of the Innovaway Group.

Innovaway S.P.A: operates in the ICT sector and offers personalized solutions by using the latest technology utilized by more than 150 clients that operate in the financial sector, Retail and Luxury sector, from transports and services to utilities and public administration. Innovaway’s offer is divided in three areas: IT service management, Information technology, and Business process Outsourcing. For the offer of IT service management, Innovaway uses its own Multi language Service Desk which is the only one in Italy, that is capable of managing any client needs with its own employees. From the single point of contact to the call management for incidents or support requests, of which we manage the entire life cycle to resolution. It operates 24H, 7 days a week, and manages around 1.400.000 contacts a year. The performance extends from the call dispatching to the onsite support, passing through the Help Desk first, second, and third level, the advanced governance and the Fleet management.

Innova s.r.l.: offers Software counseling services through the conception of the design and production of internet applications, and systematic assistance of first level and second level. Furthermore,thanks to the competences of the system integration it is in charge of projects realizations and the management of open systems that interconnect with TLC.

Innovaway Albania Sh.p.k.: started in June 2015 with the will of constructing an operative office, in order to be able to respond in a more efficient way to the market requests, not only for Service Desk, but also for the opportunity of Business Process Outsourcing. With an operative office of 1000 square meters, equipped with 149 workstations with a CED room with UPS, a room for courses, auditorium and a room for video conferences that guarantees the business continuity and disaster recovery from group offices.

P&A solutions: from which Innovaway has acquired the 50% of the capital. It’s a company that specializes in management, development and SAP project. The Innovaway group has amplified the offers with services of support through platforms of the system applications SAP that allow the management of the processes in an integrated way.

BIT SOLUTION: from which Innovaway has acquired 70% of the capital, is specialized in the realization of IOT solutions, for private and public sector.

INNOVAWAY Consulting: founded in 2018, is a company that offers services of Business Advisory in the design and implementation of IT solutions, through the acquisition of a business branch of Prime Value.
