Regional Focal Point

Our Focal Points represent the highest level of escalation and are present on a continental basis for the management of critical issues and the rollout production and conduct periodic reviews of service.

  • Intervention in all critical situations with the involvement of the customer IT representatives and third-party suppliers, and with the coordination of all actions until the problem is resolved;
  • Analysis of the service provided to the territorial areas of the client and suggestion of any improvement measures (technological, procedural, etc.). Supply of service reports for the territorial area of competence;
  • Conduction of periodic service reviews for service levels validation;
  • Assets’ inventory validation of the territorial area;
  • Supply of connection between HQ and client’s regional IT: support to the area IT in new technologies rollout, the training of new staff and in the definition of specific project requirements.
