Antonio Giacomini

President & CEO

Graduated in Administration Sciences at the Naples Parthenope Faculty of Law, he was the co-founder of several companies (Prestitalia SpA, Cesaweb SpA, G&G Holding Srl and Innovaway SpA), gaining a consolidated and decennial experience in the financial sector and in the IT area.

Today, he is the CEO of Innovaway S.p.A. and President of G&G Holding S.r.l.

Antonio Burinato

General Manager

Graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan in Electronic Engineering, he has over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector. In 2017, he joined the Innovaway Management.
Previously he worked for Fastweb, following large and complex organizations, both private and public, in Digital Transformation, Cloud Transformation and Cyber security projects, with a specific focus on critical infrastructures. Before Fastweb, he worked in consultancy companies: he was senior manager in Deloitte Consulting, responsible for the IT Strategy area, Vice President in Capgemini in the Consulting Business Unit, responsible for the public sector.

He has managed significant projects for the implementation of IT solutions, organizational alignment and processes for large customers, mainly in the energy, transport and public sectors.

Vincenzo Esposito

IT & SAP – Market Unit Manager

DDuring his 36 years of experience in Information Technology, he has developed professional skills regarding business organization, management and strategic consultancy in the IT field, software system development, data management, application management and systems integration. (EAI / SOA).

He has held senior management positions in major consulting firms such as Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and Capgemini both as commercial director and as director of operations.

He currently holds the role of IT & SAP - Market Unit Manager of the Group.

Angelo Zappa

Retail & Luxury Market Unit Manager

Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures with Specialization in German, obtained from the University Institute for Modern Languages of Milan.

He has 29 years of experience in the IT field with a greater focus in the Retail Market and developed professional skills such as Account Service Manager for Catholic University of Milan, Senior Account Service Delivery Manager in Fujitsu Technology Solutions S.p.A. and Project Manager in Projects CRM and Retail for 6 customers such as Gruppo Coin, La Rinascente, Librerie Feltrinelli, Artsana, Prenatal and LD (Lombardini Discount now MD).

As part of his career, he has held Application Management Contract Management roles Retail and CRM, HW and Tax Maintenance, Service Desk, HW and SW Rollout, Systems and Network Projects, Business development activities mainly for international customers in the retail and banking areas.

Vincenzo Santella

Strategic Account SAP Market Unit Manager

He has 32 years of experience in the IT field.

During his professional activity, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, gaining considerable technical and management skills for complex projects, such as Project Services Cluster Leader, ITS Client Unit Manager, ITS Delivery Manager, First Line Manager, IT Specialist and Customer Engineer lvl 7.

He has developed Delivery models on Cloud products and Digital Technologies, as well as Delivery and Customer Care management processes with large companies, both national and international. Thanks to the coordination of resources, he has gained considerable communication and interpersonal relations skills, the identification of quick and effective solutions and the ability to create teams with strong motivations and predisposition to change as in IBM Italy SpA, in particular on Leading @ IBM: Basic Blue - management leading, SUN HW technical course, IBM 9672 CMOS Technical course, UNIX fundamental, IBM 3995 library course, HITACHI H9000 Mainframe course, IBM 3745/3746 course, Leadership Development and Coaching & Mentoring.

He has gained 25 years of experience in Public Administration, and has carried out a course in university on community programming, structural funds and innovation themes for Public and Private Institutions.

He has developed professional skills such as, expert in FSE financial projects (PON / POR) and tax credit, coordination and management of projects and assistance programs to the National and International MA, consultancy and support of private / public Start Up in the technological field and innovative SMEs for the development of international relations.

As part of his career he has held senior consultant and business development manager roles in prestigious public and private companies such as: State Railways, Ernst & Young, Prime Minister's Office.

He was the CEO Archidata, a company specializing in the reengineering and standardization of administrative procedures on information systems.


Currently, at Innovaway, he holds the role of Group Public Sector & IOT Market Unit Manager.

Paolo Volpicelli

Hunting ITSM & International Market Unit Manager

Graduated in Economics and Finance, he has over 20 years of experience in the international ICT sector. During his professional activity he has covered various roles in the Commercial and Procurement field in multinational companies, gaining considerable negotiation skills, international business development, governance and processes, relationships, analysis and team coaching skills.

He has dealt with the digital transformation of some large companies, especially in the human resources and professional services sector, providing consultancy in the organizational field, with the main objective of reducing economic impacts by consolidating the number of existing suppliers and rationalizing the categories of expenditure.

He also gained significant communication skills and interpersonal relationships and worked in Italy and abroad in companies such as Telecom Italia Group, Huawei Tecnnologies, Clearstream Bank, Banca Intesa and Adecco.


In 2018 he joined the Innovaway Management and currently holds the role of the Group's Hunting ITSM & International Market Unit Manager.

He has 42 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, in the development, analysis and management of complex projects, holding managerial roles in the management of different business realities. In the IT / TLC field, he has developed a particular propensity to access the role of strategic / commercial manager in the various reference markets, thanks to his technical and professional skills linked to the certifications obtained and enhanced with APMG.

As part of his career he has covered the role of Technical and Commercial Director in prestigious business realities such as: Subalpina Radio Telephone, Biesse Sistemi Spa, Proelto Impianti srl, Sitelcom srl, WORKSYS srl, Dorsa srl, Olisistem-ITQC Spa, Olisistem Start srl.

He has developed professional skills such as, GDPR, Blockchain, Security and privacy regulation, ServiceNow ITSM Sales and Pre-Sales Specialization ServiceNow ITOM Pre-sales Specialization, Prince 2 Pratictioner Certification –APMG International Prince 2 Foundation Certification –APMG International, ITIL v 3.0 Foundation Certification –APMG International and Contract Management & Negotiation at NCTM associated firm.

During his career he has held roles of Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Bid & Solution design, Engagement Manager and Domain Architect in prestigious public and private companies such as: Fujitsu Technology Solutions Spa, Fujitsu ServicesICL Italy - ICL Retail System Europe and Post Software International Inc.

With an operative office of 1000 square meters, equipped with 149 workstations with a CED room with UPS, a room for courses, auditorium and a room for video conferences that guarantees the business continuity and disaster recovery from group offices.
